Kahn’s Kitchen Granola Review
Hi all! Recently I was lucky enough to get to try Kahn’s Kitchen granola. This granola is grain free, gluten free, high in protein, and full of healthy fats! The ingredients for the cinnamon raisin flavor only include nuts, fruits, honey, and olive oil. I love how minimal the ingredients are. This granola is different from many other gluten free granolas that I have tried in a few ways. First, it is soft and chewy. Granola is typically crunchy and crumbly, but Kahn’s Kitchen granola is sticky, chewy, and soft. The texture reminded me of a crumbled up oatmeal raisin cookie. It is amazing! Second, this is the first paleo/ grain free granola I have tried. I would never have guessed that the granola does not have any type of grain. Third, this granola is much lower in carbs, but higher in protein and fat than other granolas I have tried. This granola is perfect for someone looking to add more healthy fats to their diet or working to lower their carbohydrate intake.
More on the taste:
I am a lover of all things cinnamon flavored. I go through bottles of cinnamon faster than anyone I know- I top it on oats, apples, bananas, smoothies, etc.! This cinnamon raisin flavor was on point! It had just the right amount of cinnamon and sweetness without being too overpowering. My sister and dad both tried it and thought it tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie! The honey adds just the right amount of subtle sweetness and chewiness to the granola. I love products that use natural sweeteners such as honey instead of sugar or other foreign ingredients.
Ingredient list! Super healthy & natural!!
How to eat it:
One of my favorite things about granola is how versatile that it is. You can top this on yogurt, smoothies, baked goods, oatmeal, pancakes, or straight out of the bag! I topped some greek yogurt & fruit with it for breakfast this morning. All you need is a small amount since it is so flavorful and because it is also higher in calorie due to all of the nuts.
